Proposal Request for Security Services

Within the framework of our academic operations in Accra, Greater Accra Region of Ghana, AIMS Ghana would like to request your Best and Final Offer (BAFO) in GHANA CEDIS (GHS) for the following services:

Provision of Security services for AIMS Ghana at the location stated in point 4 for the 2024/2025 academic year. This includes but is not limited to the following requirements:

General Requirements:
 Vendor shall provide non-sworn, unarmed, uniformed security guard services for AIMS Ghana’s campus premises for a total of 24 hours per day including holidays. A total of four (4) security guards would be required per day, 2 guards for day and 2 guards for night.

 Vendor shall provide and supervise security guards who have passed pre-employment drug screening and background checks; and who have the mental and physical qualifications, experience, and training needed to successfully perform their assigned duties. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that security guards have a clear understanding of performance standards, as well as both required and prohibited activities.

 The Vendor shall provide guard services without interruptions. Whenever possible, the same guard(s) shall provide the services daily. In the case of interruptions in service, including, but not limited to, absenteeism, the Vendor must provide a replacement in a reasonable amount of time that will cover agreed-upon. Additionally, the Vendor must notify the Facilities Officer immediately upon receiving a tardy notice from the scheduled guard(s).
