Jen is Director of the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) at the University of Waterloo. In the CEMC, Jen is a member of the Problem of the Week team, is involved in contest problem creation, and has led various student workshops. Jen particularly enjoys working with students and teachers, getting students excited about math and problem solving, and introducing them to applications of mathematics that might be unfamiliar with. She has led problem-solving workshops throughout Canada, as well as in the US, India, and China.
