The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) has announced the launch of a new network website designed to unify and strengthen collaboration across its pan-African network of institutes. The newly unveiled website serves as a central hub connecting students, researchers, partners, and collaborators from across Africa and around the world.
The website brings together all AIMS Institutes of Excellence into one accessible online space, making it easier to explore academic programmes, research initiatives, and partnership opportunities across the Network.
“This new website reflects who we are as a Network, connected, pan-African, and focused on developing scientific leadership for the continent,” said Prince Osei, President of AIMS Ghana.
AIMS’ Institutes currently operate in South Africa, Senegal, Ghana, Cameroon and Rwanda, reflecting the AIMS mission to propel Africa’s brightest students to the forefront of global scientific discovery.
The launch of the website marks a significant step in enhancing visibility, accessibility and engagement across the AIMS ecosystem. By streamlining access to information and opportunities, the website is set to strengthen collaboration within Africa and beyond.
