Proposal Request – CATERING SERVICES FOR AIMS GHANA

Within the framework of our academic operations in Accra, Greater Accra Region of Ghana, we would like to request your Best and Final Offer (BAFO) in GHANA CEDIS (GHS) for the following services:

Type:
Provision of catering service for about 70 people all over Africa and other parts of the world comprising staff, guest lecturers, tutors, and students at the above-mentioned location for the 2024/2025 academic year. The quantity is subject to increase or decrease. The service shall comprise the provision of both local and continental daily meals of:
 Breakfast
 Lunch
 Dinner
 Packed pastries/snacks served after dinner
 All meals are to be accompanied with desserts or fruits

General Requirements:
General Offer
 An 8-week intercontinental menu certified by a registered dietician of any government institution
 Evidence of financial capability to operate uninterruptedly for at least 3 months
 Evidence of health ce rtificates of staff from any municipal health directorate of Ghana

Hygienic Areas/Kitchenette
● Daily cleaning of the environment; sinks utensils: pots, plates, cups and cutleries
● Regular general cleaning of refrigeration and storage facilities
● Daily mopping and wiping of kitchen floor
● Ensuring proper storage of food items to avoid cross-contamination
● Regular inventory of foods items received for food preparation
● Provision of proper work gear: cap, footwear, and glove where necessary.
● Daily keeping of cooking environment clean and neat and cover waste bins from flies
 Packed pastries/snacks served after dinner
 All meals are to be accompanied with desserts or fruits
