Request for Proposal – CATERING SERVICES FOR AIMS GHANA
The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) Ghana, a member of the AIMS Network, invites your Best and Final Offer (BAFO) in Ghana Cedis (GHS) for the provision of catering services to support its academic operations at its campus in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
The catering services are required for approximately 70 beneficiaries, comprising staff, guest lecturers, tutors, and students from across Africa and other parts of the world, for the 2026/2027 academic year. Please note that the number of beneficiaries is subject to change and may increase or decrease during the contract period.
The successful service provider will be expected to provide a variety of both local and continental meals on a daily basis, comprising:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Packed pastries/snacks to be served after dinner
All meals should be accompanied by an appropriate dessert or a serving of fresh fruit.
