In celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science 2026, the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences Ghana will mark the occasion as part of the IYQ Closing Ceremony, as the dates coincide.
During a special session led by Angela Tabiri, participants will engage in a thought-provoking panel discussion highlighting the contributions and leadership of women in science. The session will also feature a presentation by former GMSP beneficiary Dorcas Seshie, a member of the winning team Qualaria at the AIMS QTEdu Global Ceremony Quantathon, showcasing innovation and excellence driven by young African scientists.
