Bridgette Amoako graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics in 2019. She proceeded to AIMS Ghana to pursue a Master of Science degree in 2020. She was also privileged to be part of the AIMS-ESMT Industry Immersion Program which prepares selected AIMS graduating students and alumni who are industry inclined for employment. She describes her experience at AIMS as an exciting challenge that tested her courage and resilience, in addition to developing her collaborative, innovative and analytical thinking skills.

She joined Vodafone Ghana as a Graduate Executive (Management Trainee) shortly after leaving AIMS. In one year at Vodafone Ghana, she has had the opportunity to work across four different teams in different functions of the organisation as part of the structure of the Discover Graduate Program. Her responsibilities have included providing visibility and insights on the performance of all retail shops across the country, building software robots to transform business processes and performing business analysis planning and monitoring.
