Hanifatu Napari Mumuni is an Assistant Lecturer at the Tamale Technical University (TATU). She is also a PhD holder in Applied Statistics from the University for Development Studies, where her research was tailored toward software reliability growth models. At the Department of Statistics of TATU, she serves as a mentor to students providing them with career guidance and other professional support aside from providing them with course content that has meaningful application in real-life. AIMS-Ghana has been a major part of her success story, equipping her with programming and public speaking skills as an academic and researcher. Skills in Latex and programming languages like Python have metamorphosed her PhD journey into a beautiful one. As a Mastercard Foundation Scholar, AIMS Ghana ignited her passion for giveback to society leading to the organisation and facilitation of hands-on coding for beginners in her community and online participants.
